3 lbs. round steak (good on tough steak)
2 tbsp. oil
¾ C ketchup
¾ C water
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
½ C chopped onion
½ C vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Brown steak in hot oil. Remove steaks to bake pan. Brown onions slightly, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over steaks. Cook in oven for 2 hours
