2 lb. swiss or round steak
¼ C flour
2 C sliced onions
2 tbsp. fat (this applies to beef only, moose use ½C)
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 clove garlic chopped fine (or 1 tsp garlic salt or powder)
½ C water
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 C chili sauce or cooked tomatoes

Pound flour into steak. fry onions in fat. Remove onions. Brown steak on both sides. Cover with onions- add mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, water and chili sauce or tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat or bake in oven at 350 for

Beef 1½ to 2 hours
