2 medium potatoes
3 slices bacon
⅓ c chopped onion
1 tbsp flour
3 tsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp celery seeds pepper
½ c water
3 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in skin. Peel and slice thinly. Fry bacon slowly in skillet; drain and set aside fat; crumble bacon. Sauté onion in bacon fat till golden brown. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in water and vinegar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Stir potatoes and crumbled bacon in carefully. Remove from heat; cover and let stand until ready to serve.
