1 c. water
2 c. strawberries - fresh or frozen
1 c. apple juice
2 - 8 oz. cartons of strawberry yogurt
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 c water, the apple juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Cool. In a blender combine remaining 1/4 c water, strawberries and yogurt. Blend until smooth; add apple juice mixture to blender and blend well. Cover and refrigerate.

When ready to serve, pour into serving dishes. Combine sour cream and milk; spoon approximately 2 tsp of mixture into center of soup; swirl with a toothpick to create a starburst design.
