1lb. peeled and diced chefs potatoes,1 1/2lb. sweet potatoes peeled and diced 3 slices prosciutto 2 tbsp oiive oil 4 cups of leeks cut julienne style, 3/4cup peeled and diced sweet onion, salt/pepper 3 tsp minced garlic 4 tsp horseradish peeled and grated, 2 cups milk 2 tbsp sour cream 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 tsp seeded habanero pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake prosciutto on parchment paper 15 min until crispy ,In a Pot put diced chef's potatoes in to cook with water and salt, once water boiling add sweet potatoes. cook until tender about 25 min. In a skillet add oil heat and add leeks garlic onions horseradish , cook until soft. set aside. Strain cooked potatoes and put in a blender add milk, broth leeks and habanero pepper .Blend well until silky smooth.season to taste and warm in a pot, add more broth to desired thickness of soup. In bowls add soup sprinkle with crushed ham and a spoon ful of sour cream on top
