Ingredients:  
1 can of shoe peg corn
1 can of french style green beans
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together corn, beans, pepper, onion, celery, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Pour into a casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top of mixture followed by the crushed ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
