6-10 medium potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and mash with butter and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight in butter casserole dish. Bake the next day in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
