24oz Frozen Hash Browns
16oz Ham, cubed
8oz shredded Sharp Cheddar
12Lg Eggs
1c Milk
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Pepper
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. in large bowl add potato, ham and cheese. Pour into 9x13 dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over hash browns and pack everything down. Bake 1 hour, uncovered (until center is set).
