Pumpkin Bread Recipe

⅔ cup oil
2⅔ cup sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
⅔ cup water
3⅓ cups flour
teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon cloves
teaspoon nutmeg
⅔ cup walnuts (chopped)
⅔ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients, except, flour, nuts, and raisins. Once mixed add flour and mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Stir.

Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes on middle shelf. Let set 10-15 minutes after baking.
