1 box red velvet cake mix
½ c. butter softened
1 egg
2 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped topping

Desired fruit for topping (raspberries, kiwi, and blueberries are great options)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Mix cake mix, butter and egg in bowl. Once combined spread dough evenly on the greased pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes. Test with toothpick to check if the cookie is done.

While cookie is cooling prepare the topping. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. After well combined, fold in whipped topping.

Spread the topping on the cookie once it is completely cooled.

Arrange fruit on top as desired.
