32 oz. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 small box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 container raspberries

Directions:

Rinse off raspberries and dry with paper towel. Prepare 4 mason jars. In large bowl, combine nonfat Greek yogurt and pudding mix with spatula. Mix until smooth.

Start assembling parfait with a layer of yogurt mixture, roughly two scoops. Follow with a layer of berries. Repeat until the jar is full. End with berries on top.

Once assembled, place jars in fridge and let chill until you're ready to enjoy.

This has been one of our favorite Weight Watchers recipes to make and enjoy as a snack. Any type of fruit can be used as a substitute, though Tyler and I agree the raspberries are the best option.
