4 eggs
1½ cups sugar
¼ cup butter, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup self-rising flour
1 cup flaked coconut
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. In a large mixing bowl beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until mixed well. Pour into 2 sprayed 8" pie pans or 1 deep 10 inch pie plate. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
