1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
2 TBSP chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
2 TBSP sugar
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 TBSP butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and place in a shallow baking dish. In a small saucepan, heat crumbs and butter until coated.
Sprinkle on top of tomato mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread crumbs.

Bake 400º 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
