1 can refried beans
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small can sliced black olives
1 bunch of scallions, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasonings
1 cup sour cream
chopped tomatoes, (about two small)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread refried beans on bottom of 10" quiche dish. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise & sour cream. Spread on tope of refried beans. Sprinkle with tomatoes, scallions, black olives and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
