3 T butter or margarine
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
9 lasagna noodles
16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion and sauté 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken soup and milk. Arrange three noodles in 9x13 baking dish. Top with layers of 1/3 sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese, 1/3 chicken, 1/3 cheddar cheese and 1/3 Parmesan. Repeat twice. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
