Main Mixture:
3 Cup mashed Sweet Potatoes, 29 OZ.
1 Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1/3 Stick Melted Butter
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Topping:
1/2 Cup Plain Flour
1/3 Stick Butter
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Coconut (can leave out if do not like coconut)
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix main mixture ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread over sweet potatoes. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
