1 large egg
¼ C buttermilk
1 Tsp garlic salt
½ Tsp pepper
1 C slivered almonds, finely chopped
2 boneless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)
Honey mustard, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, garlic salt and pepper.

Place almonds in another shallow bowl.

Dip chicken into egg mix, then into almonds, patting to help the coating adhere.

Place chicken on air fryer tray, spritz with oil.

Cook at 350º for 15-18 minutes (165º)

Serve with mustard, if desired.
