1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
16 ounce can tomatoes
1/2 cup water
Corn chips or nacho chips
Lettuce
Cheese
Drained kidney beans
Chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; pour off excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For each serving, place generous handful of chips in a bowl and top with lettuce, taco mixture and cheese. Drained kidney beans and/or tomatoes mat be added if desired.
