2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
4 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt


Directions:
Directions:
Line baking dish with parchment paper, lay fish out (4) then drizzle with olive oil. Spread mixture over one side, cook 7 mins then flip fish and spread the remaining spices on the other side. Depending on thickness cook for 7-9 mins on each side.

Top with salsa after fish has cooked.

1 jalapeno, minced
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of one lime
