2 cups flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Cream cheese mixture:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add in flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Pour cake batter into a 9 x 13" baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spoon onto cake mixture, and swirl using a knife.

Bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until centre is set.
