Ripe Tomatoes, Cored, & cut into fourths
Canning Salt
Canning Jars with Lids and Seals

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in large pot the tomatoes until almost all juice. Mash juice out in pot. Pour juice thru serve to remove all skins and seeds. Put juice in hot jars. Add 1 Tsp. Canning salt to each jar. Clean top of jar and add hot canning lids. Add jars to canner with water and boil for 30 minutes. Turn all canner and leave jars in canner to cool.
