2# ground beef
½ cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
¼ loaf french bread
½ cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into bite size pieces. Soak in water to moisten.

Place all other ingredients in bowl, in order as listed. Squeeze water from bread and add to bowl.

Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Roll into balls, the size of a golf ball. Fry in olive oil or place on cookie sheet and brown in over.
