Pork Butt or Shoulder
Pork Dry Rub:
⅓ cup Paprika
3 tbsps. Dry Mustard
3 tbsps. Onion Powder
3 tbsps. Garlic Powder
2 tbsps. Basil
2 tbsps. Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Generously rub pork butt or shoulder with dry rub (don’t be shy)
Let set for 1 - 12 hours
Set low in Crock Pot with a can of beer for 8-12 hours
Depending on cut and fat…might need more liquid…
Shred with forks discarding fat…adding brine from pot to keep moist and add favorite BBQ sauce to taste
