Gobo Root

Oil
Sugar
Soy Sauce
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and Shred Gobo root.
Soak in water for 15 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Fry in about a Tablespoon of oil. Add soy Sauce, sugar, and pepper heavily. Continue cooking until desired doness.
