1 cup milk

1 cup soft butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Combine flour and milk in a double boiler and cook until thick. Cool.

Add butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla and beat in large mixing bowl until fluffy.
