Yellow cake mix (box)
3/4 C Apple Cider
1/4 C Water
1/2 C apple sauce
3 eggs
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle on top

1/8 C cinnamon ( adjust to your liking )
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C melted butter

Dipping glaze **

1 C powered sugar
1/4 C apple cider

Mix the ingredients for the cake, cake mix, apple cider, water,apple sauce, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour cake batter into a grease bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees until the cake tester cakes our clean. while the cake is baking, prepare the apple cider glaze. Add 1/4 cup powered sugar and cider, mix together. In a separate bowl mix the 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cinnamon. Once the cake has cooled brush the cake with the melted butter, sprinkle the cake with the sugar mixture, serve with the dipping glaze or pour over cake. ** I prefer not the use the glaze.
