2 cups crushed pineapple, drained well 16 graham crackers crumbed 1 1/4 cups
2 cups nonfat yogurt 1/3 cup reduced calorie margarine
8 packages Equal
1 package D-Zerta whipped topping mix
prepared according to pkg. directions

Graham cracker crust: Preheat oven to 325º In bowl, combine cracker crumbs and margarine - mixing thoroughly. Using back of spoon, press crumb mixture over bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake until crisp and brown - about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on rack until cool.

Whip whipped topping 5 minutes (very stiff) Measure 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons and set aside.

Pie Filling: Combine Equal to yogurt and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold whipped topping into yogurt mixture. Fold pineapple into mixture and pour into pie pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour.

Variations: Instead of pineapple, you could use 4 cups whole fresh strawberries
(measure, then slice and sprinkle with 1 package of Equal) or 2 whole small bananas or 4 fresh peaches (peeled and sliced just prior to adding to yogurt mixture) If you can't find D-Zerta, use a substitute.

NOTE: This is a Weight Watchers recipe, but if you don't tell anyone, they will not know. It is delicious!! I have served it a lot and everyone loves it.
