3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
20 Ritz cracker
3/4 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites stiff. Add sugar and baking powder. Roll Ritz cracker fine. Add
crushed Ritz crackers and nuts to egg mixture. Grease pie plate well & spread mixture in plate. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in refrigerator. Serve with whip cream.

This pie tastes like a mock apple pie.
