1 Pillsbury pie crust
1.5 c cooked ham
1.5 c shredded swiss cheese
1 c frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained thoroughly on a paper towel
4 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Prepare pie crust as directed for one crust filled pie.
2. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli in crust-lined pie plate.
3. In medium bowl, combine all remaining filling ingredients. Beat well. Pour over broccoli.
4. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
