16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
½ cup butter (melted)
½ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 package refrigerated cinnamon rolls with frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF.

In a bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat until there are no lumps.

Add eggs one at a time; mix completely after each one. Set aside.

In another bowl mix the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until completely combined. Set aside.

In a greased pan, press all the cinnamon rolls flat, until completely covering bottom of pan.

Evenly spread cheesecake batter, then drop spoonfuls of butter mixture onto cheesecake batter.

Swirl butter mixture into cheesecake using a knife (try to keep away from edges).

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cheesecake is firm around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the middle.

Remove from oven and cool completely.

Top with cinnamon roll frosting.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
