1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. wheat flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 c. wheat germ
If desired chopped nut, apples or raisins.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, mix well. Combine wheat flour with soda, salt and baking powder. Finally add sour cream and wheat germ. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 for 15 minutes.
