6oz. Baby Spinach
4 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
2tsp Olive Oil
2lb. Ground Beef
6oz. crumbled Blue Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, stir constantly, just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chopped spinach and stir to coat. Remove from heat, cover and let sit in pan about 3 minutes, stirring once. remove from pan and place on paper towel lined plate to cool. Once cool, in large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide into 6 parts and form into patties. Cook as desired.

These freeze well just lay patties onto parchment lined cookie sheet and freeze 30 minutes the transfer to freezer bag.
