1c. Sugar
1/2c. Oil
1 Egg
3 ripe Banana, mashed
2c. Flour
1tsp. Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease or line muffin tin. Mix sugar, oil and egg. Add banana then flour, baking soda and salt.

Bake 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
