2 c Original Bisquick Mix
2 T baking powder
3 T sugar
3 T lemon juice
2 eggs
1 - 1½ c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl and pour into the dry ingredients. Mix.

Pour batter onto hot prepared griddle until the middle of the pancake bubbles and the side of it appears dry. Flip pancake and cook until golden.
