1gal Apple Cider
1gal Apple Juice
2lb. Brown Sugar
2c. White sugar
8 Cinnamon Stick
1 pinch Apple Pie Spice

750ml Vodka
750 Everclear

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon sticks in a large pot and bring to almost a boil. Cover , reduce heat and simmer for about an hour. Remove pot from heat and cool completely. Stir in both alcohol and remove cinnamon sticks. Pour into glass jars or bottles. Store in refrigerator.

The longer it sits, the better the kick. I try and let mine sit 2 weeks, but sometimes that's hard.

I also have saved apple juice and cider jugs to use for storage. Or reuse wine bottles.
