1 cup sugar
⅓ cup water
1 tsp. vinegar
2 egg whites
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together sugar, water & vinegar to 236º (or until syrup spins a thread when dropped from tip of spoon). Beat egg whites stiff add sugar syrup gradually beating constantly. Add vanilla.

Makes enough to frost 2 - 8" layers.
