3/4 cup butter, soft
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups AP flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Oven 400F grease a 10 inch bundt pan
2. Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time blend completely before add next one. Add vanilla
3. on parchment paper combine flour, baking soda and powder. In small amounts add to butter and sugar mixture alternating with sour cream. Fold in walnuts
4. Pour half the batter in pan. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon together sprinkle over the batter in the pan add the rest of the batter.
5. Bake for 8 minutes then lower heat to 350 for 40 minutes until done in center.
