BAKING PANS
I have done this recipe in a Bundt pan, 2 round cake pans (as a layer cake), as well as a 9x13 pan for the residents. However, your cooking times may vary a little so as a rule of thumb, I always start timing at 20 minutes then keep checking. If making it as a layer cake or 9x13...just top it with Chocolate icing.

DOUBLE CHOC. ZUC CAKE
For the chocolate lovers - add 1 cup chocolate chips to batter (not melted)

It is a VERY moist cake and for those that don't like their veggies..they'll never know if you don't tell them! ;-)
