Preheat oven to 350º.

15 thawed mini phyllo shells, placed on a parchment lined baking sheet.
8 oz round of Brie cheese, (rind discarded).
3/4 tsp peach-mango preserves. ( or raspberry chipotle jam, or whatever exotic jam suits you)

Cut cheese into 1 inch pieces.
Place 1 piece of cheese in each shell.
Top with about 3/4 tsp preserves

Bake 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with piece torn basil leaf.
Serve hot
