4 eggs
1-2/3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1-15oz can of pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

6 oz cream cheese
8 oz butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, pumpkin until light and fluffy.
Stir together flour, powder, soda, salt, cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, mix thoroughly.

Spread into a 11x10x15 inch pan.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

Cool and frost.
