1 1/2 c. Cooked Rice
2 c. Milk, divided
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Raisins
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, 1 1/2 c milk, and sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until thick and creamy, approx 15 minutes. Stir remaining milk, raisins, beaten egg, and sugar into the rice mixture, stirring continuously. Continue cooking until egg is set, 2-3 minutes. Remove pan from heat; stir butter and vanilla into pudding.
