Ingredients: 3/4 to 1 cup rolled oats, turned to near powder in blender 1 cup boiled chicken or beef broth 1/4 box of corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy) Add two large eggs Stir in another 1/2 cup of chicken or beef bullion 2 tsp. brown sugar (optional) 1/2 tsp. molasses 1/8 cup peanut butter (optional) 1.5 cups flour (any kind) 1/2 cup sweet rice flour 1/2 cup sweet potato flour 2 Tbsp. potato flour 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:1. Mix rolled oats, borth and corn muffin mix - let stand 5 minutes
2. Add egges and mix for 30 seconds
3. Stir in another 1/2 cup of broth and mix for 30 seconds
4. Add brown sugar, molasses, peanut butter and all 4 types of flour and mix
5. Add cheese and complete mixture This should form a nice play-dough type consistency. Just add enough flour to make it that way.
6. Roll out to 1/4" thick and put on lightly greased cookie sheet.
7. Cut out in dog bone shapes
8. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
9. Shut off oven and let sit in oven for 2 hours
Store in a cool dry place for up to 2 months |
