1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Beef prep:
4 tsp zero carb protein powder, unflavored
1/2 tsp xanthan gum

Egg wash:
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup water

Breading:
1/4 cup almond flour
1 cup ground pork rinds
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Gravy:
2 cups heavy cream
4 Tbs unsalted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Pinch of beef seasoning
