1 lb Hamburger (I use ground chuck 80/20)

1 Onion, diced

1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 tsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

1½ c Beef Broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Add the spices and cook 3-5 more minutes. Add the beef broth, stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
