2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup diced celery (optional)
1 cup crushed cashews, may leave whole if desired
Croissants or your favorite sandwich bread

Optional Ingredients:
Lettuce
Sliced Tomatoes
Cheese
Grapes
Onions
Dill Pickles

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. Bake chicken according to package directions. Cool and dice.

3. Mix the above ingredients together and chill.

4. Spread chicken salad on bread and add desired toppings.
