1 lb. gr. chuck
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
½ c raw rice
4 T soy sauce
Dash pepper
3 oz. can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown gr. beef and onion; pour off any grease in pan.
In 1½-2 qt. casserole dish, combine soups, water, rice, soy sauce, and pepper (NO salt).
Pour gr. beef and onions over .
Bake 45 min. at 350º F, uncovered.
Sprinkle chow mein noodles over; bake 10-15 min.
