1 pkg. of yeast
1½ cups of lukewarm water
4 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
½ cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
dried rosemary
olive oil and course salt as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Mix yeast and water until dissolved. Add flour, salt, onion. Kneed until smooth. Place dough in oiled bowl to rise until doubled. Punch down. Make into round loaf on oiled cookie sheet. Roll to about 1" thick. Oil top of dough and let rise until double in size. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Bake for 20 minutes.
