1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour


1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 container of 9 oz sized cool whip


2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the butter, chopped pecans & flour. Press into a 9" x 12" pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes.

Mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese & cool whip. Beat together until fluffy. Spread over the cooled crust.

Mix together the instant vanilla pudding and milk. Pour over the cream mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Spread the remaining cool whip and some chopped pecans on the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
