Veggie Pizza Appetizer Recipe

2 pkgs. of crescent rolls
1 pkg. of dry ranch dip mix (or whatever dry dip mix you like)
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Chopped cauliflower
Chopped broccoli
Shredded carrots
Shredded cheese
Olives (optional)

Preheat oven to 350

Roll out crescent rolls on a large baking sheet and pinch seams together to form a crust. Bake for 9 minutes and then cool. Combine dip mix, sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Blend well. Spread mixture on crescent roll crust. Sprinkle with desired amount of vegetables and then top with cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
