Ingredients: Cake: 1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup of cold water 2/3 cup of vegetable oil 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp white vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla
Oreo Cream: 50 Oreo cookies (finely crushed) 4 1/2 cups heavy cream 2 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:Cake: 1. Preheat oven to 350º 2. Combine all cake ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. 3. Split cake batter between two greased two 9 inch round pans. 4. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 5. Cool completely and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Oreo cream:
1. Whip two cups of cream on medium high until soft peaks form. Spoon into another bowl. 2. Whip another 2 1/2 cups cream, sugar and vanilla on medium high until soft peaks form. 3. Add 1st batch of whipped cream to second batch. Fold together with spoon. Gently mix in crushed Oreos using spoon. 4. Spread about 1/3 of cream between layers of cake. Frost cake with remaining cream. 5. Chill until ready to serve. Add extra Oreo crumbs or whole Oreos for decorations. |
